How hot can you handle it?
Something different in the air tonight …
On my bike ride, along the beach road this evening, I had the thought ”What would make tonight more perfect?”
It was already a perfect Florida evening; 76 degrees, fluffy clouds decorating the sky, gentle lapping of the Ocean greeting the shore, a soft breeze rustling the Palms…
I rode my bike to the juice bar, placed my order and walked next door to hear Jimi Ruccolo, live, under the stars. Danced and danced ~ You have heard Jimi Ruccolo right?
Chatted with a few of the regulars, said no to a few beers 
Walked back to the juice bar and picked up my freshly made drinks: including Berry Blast, Oh My God green drink and Coconut Water blended with the Coconut meat.
Got on my bike to ride home and noticed that the weight of the drinks was too heavy for me to carry on one arm and ride bike … lol
Okay God, send me a plan B.
A gentleman rides by on his bike and asks if everything is okay? Notice the repetition of the word OKAY? Once in my request, once in his opening statement?
Talk about God-Speed ~ whew!
I ask if he would consider carrying/riding my drinks home for me. He said “Yes, of course”, and then he tells me where he and his wife live and asks how far I am. Turns out, of course, that he lives just past me. Are You noticing the ‘God Touch’ here
We rode home, he dropped my drinks at the door and off he went to collect his wife.
More fun than a perfect evening! Really, ride my bike to dance under the stars to Jimi Ruccolo?
I wonder if I could say Thank You more times than there are minutes in a day?
I find, the more gratitude that I express, the more I find to be grateful for!

Put Your Problems in Perspective
I love this picture because when I am feeling overwhelmed I go to the beach, grab a handful of sand and let the grains flow through my fingers.
I look at the seemingly infinite amount of grains of sand, the vastness of the Ocean and the endlessness of the Sky and I find myself taking a deep breath.
Sometimes, just changing Your physical location for a moment or 2 allows You to get a fresh perspective.
